[PhotoAgencies] BANGKOK - The pro-establishment yellow-shirt Peoples Alliance for Democracy (PAD) are starting to gather outside the parliament building on Tuesday morning to protest against the governments effort to amend the 2007 constitution. The yellow shirts will not block the entrance to the parliament and well not spend a night here. But we are not yet certain whether the roads around the parliament will be closed during the rally, Bangkok Post quoted Suriyasai as saying. PAD core leader Chamlong Srimuang said after arriving at the rally that the yellow shirts will not use loudspeakers but will use megaphones instead. Chamlong said the situation should be under control. Police had deployed four companies of officers to oversee security around the parliament building. Police can ask for assistance from troops, if needed. The rally is scheduled on the three days when a joint sitting of the parliament will be held to deliberate four charter amendment drafts - two proposed by the government, one a red-shirt leader, and one by 102 MPs of various parties. The PAD said the two drafts approved by the cabinet were to serve the interests of politicians without benefiting the country or the people. The draft proposed by the red-shirt leader was based on the 1997 constitution and the PAD had opposed it since 2008. Ricky Williams Jersey .
